Don't worry, our offer includes Take2: if you don't pass on your first attempt, you get a second exam attempt at no extra cost. Take2 is not included in the elearning offer.
No. There are no formal prerequisites to attend the course or sit the ITIL Foundation exam.
ITIL certifications will be issued with a three-years validity. To maintain certification status, professionals need to renew through re-certification requirements defined by the official accrediting body. PeopleCert makes available several ways to maintain a certification.
