Prerequisites
- There are no formal prerequisites for attending the course or sitting the ITIL Foundation exam.
- Before sitting the ITIL Foundation Bridge exam, you must have passed any ITIL 4 certification, with the exception of: ITIL 4 Specialist: Acquiring and Managing Cloud Services and ITIL 4 Specialist: Sustainability in Digital and IT.
- To ensure the best learning experience, participants should have: a reliable broadband internet connection, a laptop or desktop computer
