AgilePM Foundation & Practitioner Course Details
The AgilePM Foundation & Practitioner course combines both certification levels into a single learning path. It starts with the fundamentals of Agile Project Management, philosophy, principles, roles and techniques, then moves on to applying and tailoring the framework to lead real projects in volatile and complex environments, preparing participants for both official certifications. Thanks to this course, professionals gain a complete skill set: understanding the AgilePM framework and knowing how to lead with it, balancing flexibility with governance.

Prerequisites
- No formal prerequisites are required to attend the course or sit the AgilePM Foundation exam. You must pass the Foundation level before sitting the Practitioner exam.
