The ITIL Foundation Bridge course is designed for professionals who already hold an ITIL 4 Foundation certificate and want to upgrade to ITIL (Version 5) without repeating content they already know. The course focuses exclusively on the new, modified and expanded concepts introduced in Version 5, without reassessing topics that remain unchanged from ITIL 4. Thanks to this course, professionals already familiar with ITIL update their knowledge to the latest framework, understanding how value is co-created in an AI-driven, automated and data-centric environment, while renewing the validity of their existing ITIL certifications.
