The Change Management Practitioner course is designed for change managers and aspiring change managers who want to apply and evaluate change management models and concepts in real-world contexts. It builds on Foundation-level knowledge, covering change levers, learning and development, behavioural feedback and coaching, conflict management and co-design, preparing participants for the official certification.
